He draws knowledge from his work in aerospace, automotive, heavy truck, healthcare pharmaceuticals, industrial cleaning/projects, rail car, and finance industries. Ed hopes to bring his experience and knowledge of goal deployment, process management and improvement, mentorship, and business management to Vestia to help us better serve our Clients/Employees and to prepare Vestia for successful future growth.
Ed is the VP of Paradise Lake Community Corp. Each summer, he teaches kids to ski and wakeboard. He also enjoys supporting the local Township with area lake needs/info, Community Service projects, and Park improvements.

Where have you worked? What is the best thing that has ever happened while you were working?
The best thing that happened to me during my career has been the multiple opportunities to teach, mentor, and help people which allowed me to cement some very solid friendships along the way.
In addition, I have had the wonderful blessing while working to travel the world visiting such amazing places as Italy, Spain, Greece, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Malaysia, Japan, Mexico, etc.
What is the most important thing you have learned about helping other people?
Make sure that you are focused on what they need and want, not necessarily on what you think they need and want or what other believe they need.
It’s important to help people to learn versus simply doing it for them.
One of Vestia’s values is to model Wealth that Matters®. What does this mean to you?
My three personal values are Faith, Family, and Fun.
Faith. It is important to me to develop my relationship with God. I am always attempting to behave in a manner that exhibits those characteristics and share His love thru my interactions with others.
Family. In the past, this was providing for, teaching, and being present for my children when they were young. Now it looks like being there for them when they need guidance or help plus someday being a grandpa.
Fun. I want to enjoy the beauty and opportunities that exist in our world.
Wealth that Matters® to me means focusing on my three personal goals and having the means (health, finance, attitude, etc.) to be able to do them.
